The voice for spelling words (1st grade) is terrible and students cannot understand what word they are supposed to spell. Please update the voice.

Completely agree - "iciest" was pronounced "issy-est" just a few days ago.

The spelling voice is not clear when sounding words.
It is important to have clear words in the spelling practices, and imperative for beginners. The mechanical nature of the voice and its staccato nature 's difficult to understand. For example, my daughter finished two sets of spelling for mat, man, am, at, and dad. These words sounded like met, men, em, et, and dead. The short "a" sound was not clear and the words not discernible without the full sentence. Because one sentence used both at and am, my student did not know she was using "at".

The voice on the spelling tests is extremely robotic and my students have a very difficult time understanding the word being spoken. The voice desperately needs to be updated or offer a way for teachers to be able to record themselves calling out lists of words.
