Voice-Read Aloud Feature for Math
Regarding decision to not have voice for math-Students need the voice feature for Math as well as ELA/Reading. Many students are English Language Learners and Special Needs students who need Math problems, such as the word problems read to them, otherwise they will not be able to answer the questions.
The read aloud feature has been added for math placement test, practice and assignment questions.

My first graders cannot always read the questions and this changes their scores dramatically. Our first grade team choose this for our grant because the questions could be read aloud through the program. It was very disappointing to get our account up and running this year only to see this change. Not sure it will be used as much as it could have been because of this.

First graders absolutely need the math questions read to them! Please add this back quickly or the math is useless to us!

I agree, we need the read-aloud for math. My son can read but there are some math words that are harder to figure out. ie, trapezoid, rhombus...
He should be able to work independently without always having me to read what he can't sound out. -

I don't understand why Scootpad decided to remove the Read-Aloud feature for Math. My Special Needs students can not do the Math activities on their own without someone sitting next to them reading the questions.
