How to Reset or Change Password?

To reset your password follow the steps below:
  1. Go to ScootPad and click "Forgot Password" on the Sign In page.
  2. Enter your email address that is associated with your ScootPad account.
  3. Click Reset Password. An email will be sent to your email address with a button to reset your password. The new password must be 8 or more characters long with a special character.


Please try signing onto ScootPad with your email address and new password.

To change your password, once you are already signed into your account, follow the steps below:

  1. Sign In to ScootPad using your email address and password
  2. Click the "Settings" option from the top menu
  3. In the Account Settings page, under Sign In Tab and click the Sign In Password section, choose a new password and click Save.
