How to Reset or Change Password?
To reset your password follow the steps below:
- Go to ScootPad and click "Forgot Password" on the Sign In page.
- Enter your email address that is associated with your ScootPad account.
- Click Reset Password. An email will be sent to your email address with a button to reset your password. The new password must be 8 or more characters long with a special character.
Please try signing onto ScootPad with your email address and new password.
To change your password, once you are already signed into your account, follow the steps below:
- Sign In to ScootPad using your email address and password
- Click the "Settings" option from the top menu
- In the Account Settings page, under Sign In Tab and click the Sign In Password section, choose a new password and click Save.
