How do I check if my device is compatible with ScootPad?

To check if your device is compatible with ScootPad, follow these steps below:
  1. From your ScootPad account click Settings and choose Device Check or visit https://www.scootpad.com/system
  2. This device check tool will run a quick device compatibility check and will show you the results
  3. Make sure that the page says your device is compatible and you see green checkmark next to each of the minimum requirements.
