How do I check if my device is compatible with ScootPad?

To check if your device is compatible with ScootPad, follow these steps below:
  1. From your ScootPad account click Settings and choose Device Check or visit https://www.scootpad.com/system
  2. This device check tool will run a quick device compatibility check and will show you the results
  3. Make sure that the page says your device is compatible and you see a green checkmark next to each of the minimum requirements.
