Changing Mastery Settings
1. Launch your classroom from the teacher home page:

2. On the classroom navigation bar click on Class Settings and then Math or ELA Settings:

3. Locate Mastery Settings and make the necessary changes.
Example: Mary is in the class with the settings below. Here is how you can put it all together.
- Practice size: Each adaptive practice she launches will be ten questions
- Rigor and Proficiency Target: When she has answered at least 5 questions in each concept in the path (Rigor) and has attained at least 80% in those concepts (Proficiency Target), they will be considered "Mastery Check Ready" in her Learning Path.
- Mastery Check Hold: The minimum time Mary will wait to receive a Mastery Check after meeting the Rigor and Proficiency Target will be 2 days.
- Intervention Threshold: If more than 50% of the class needs assistance with a grade-level concept, they will be flagged as Tier 1, requiring teacher-driven intervention. If fewer than 50% of the class need assistance with a grade-level concept, they will be flagged as Tier 2, requiring teacher-driven intervention.

Changes to these settings will affect student practices immediately.
