Background
The Aspire assessments were initially produced by ACT to serve as benchmarks aligned to the core content measured on the PreACT and ACT. The items were aligned initially to the ACT College and Career Readiness Standards. When the assessments were transferred to the ScootPad platform, the items were also aligned to the core concepts of instruction aligned to state standards.
