Learning Tools Interoperability (LTI) is a standard from IMS Global Learning Consortium that enables learning platforms to easily integrate with learning applications, providing a seamless end user experience. In LTI, these learning applications are called Tools (delivered by Tool Providers such as
ScootPad) and the LMS, or platforms, are called Tool Consumers.
