Time Restrictions

I would like to be able to set a time restriction on individual assignments. I want some of the assignments to be done only in class and not at home, as I know my students will use calculators at home instead of working out the problems. So, on an assignment, I might restrict the work time to be between 7:30 to 2:00 only.
