Complexity in problems depending on abilities, and not just common core standards.
What I would like to see is the complexity in problems depending on abilities, and not just common core standards. e.g. if a kid finishes a unit for word problems that is needed for his grade level, there needs to be an option for him to go for more challenging unit in the word problems.

Report Containing Both Math and ELA Progress
I would love to be able to print out a report that contains BOTH Math and ELA progress, rather than print each report individually.
7 votesHi there,
With the release of the new reports, the dashboards have both Math and ELA progress. Thank you for the wonderful suggestion and support!

Allow parents to lock access to ScootPad features
Enable parents to be able to lock access to ScootPad features, like teachers can. We would like to be able to disable the ability for our child to spend coins on games and wallpapers, for example.
10 votesHello parents!
Homeschool accounts have this flexibility and we will be improving this experience even further.

sync parent dashboards
When I create rewards for our student, my husband cannot see them on his parent dashboard. Conversely, when he creates a reward, I don't see it on my dashboard. Our student sees them both (good).
Parent dashboards should show the rewards for the student. Right now, for the other parent to see them, they have to sign in as the student15 votesHello,
With the home school addition, parents can both see the same dashboard and manage learning for their children!

Voice-Read Aloud Feature for Math
Regarding decision to not have voice for math-Students need the voice feature for Math as well as ELA/Reading. Many students are English Language Learners and Special Needs students who need Math problems, such as the word problems read to them, otherwise they will not be able to answer the questions.
55 votesThe read aloud feature has been added for math placement test, practice and assignment questions.

Spelling Groups
Groupings for spelling. Many of us are using Words Their Way which places students in developmental spelling groups. Can we have the option to create groups for spelling so we can assign a group a list of words rather than clicking (and sometimes forgetting) each student?
0 votesThanks for the suggestion! We have implemented adaptive Spelling Practice which gives teachers the ability to let their students learn vocabulary and spelling on Auto-Pilot.
Here is how it works:
1. Each path has 40 word lists
2. Students practice each list in the path, one-by-one
3. Once a student achieves a 100% on a word list, they pass that list
4. Once a student passes each word list they move on to the next list, and so om -
end of the year
Would love to see an end of year student report that includes username and password so that we can print it and put in student's cum folders for next years teachers. That would make it easier to transfer them to your room for that year.
Sharon Ussery4 votesHello,
Thanks for the feedback! The student mastery report is a report that can be printed year over year. The teacher can choose to print it and display only the current class or all classes the student has been in. This will allow for a longitudinal view for anyone to review. While the student username and password is not on there, this is a very useful resource. Keep in mind that a student password, and perhaps username, can change at any time at the discretion of the admin. Therefore, this may not be super useful going into the next year. Let us know if you have further questions!

Spelling idea
I would love to see spelling using a picture of what you want spelled and blanks. Maybe a hint button that adds a letter would be a "clue." so that kids can stay motivated. Maybe even a mode where all the letters were present in scrambled order for those that are really struggling. I make these worksheets up myself, using word, but it is very time consuming and I only have very rudimentary graphics.... I'd love to see an ScootPad Version of this spelling game for kids to try. I'd love to see lists of common spelling included sort of…
4 votesHi everyone,

Option to Reassign Failed Assignments
Option to reassign failed assignments. (Now, I create a new assignment for just the student(s) who did not meet my expectations, but it would be nice to be able to delete their previous score and have them retake it without having to create a new assignment.)
15 votesHi all,
In 2.0, you are able to reassign assignments easily. Also, student scores are no longer the typical average but a decaying average which places more weight on the latest score. Thanks for your patience!

Select more concepts for an assignment.
Feature to add more than 10 concepts in an assignment.
2 votesHello!
In 2.0 you can add as many concepts as you would like! Thanks for the suggestion! We appreciate you!

Improve Placement Test
Please adjust the placement test, so one wrong answer will not end the test. There should be at least two questions dealing with each standard. It is very easy for a student to accidentally click the wrong bubble or for the audio to be unable to play.
17 votesHi All,
Thanks for the suggestion. The 2.0 Diagnostic test solves for this by assessing students on the foundational concepts across the entire learning path which are necessary for the higher level concepts. Check it out for grades K-6! Thanks for your support!

Linking to webpages
Have links open in a new window on iPads. Right now students can not leave the link once they get there. They need to close out of the app and reenter into it to respond to a link that I shared with them.
4 votesHI there,
When placing a link in the program on the classwall, you can adjust the target so that the video opens up in another window.
Thanks for the suggestion!

Editing
The ability to edit a post on the class wall. This way if I notice an error, I can change it.
2 votesHello,
While you cannot edit a post on the class wall, you can certainly delete it. You ca also add links and images for your students!

Allow kids to earn more coins when practicing
When my fifth graders work on scootpad practices and they get 100% I think they should receive more than 25 coins
26 votesHi there!
You are able to now give students more coins! Take a look at the blog post (https://blog.scootpad.com/2016/11/09/motivate-students-with-bonus-coins/)
