Troubleshooting: Drag and Drop
Update: All 8 Drag and Drop formats now have an alternative way for students to answer the question.
Students can't seem to move forward when they encounter a drag and drop question despite saving and closing or moving to another device? More than likely the student is zoomed in. Know that this setting saves within a student's account and moving to another device doesn't reset the setting. However, there are 2 ways students can move forward:
1. When your student launches a task (practice or assessments), in the upper right-hand corner of the page locate the zoom in and out buttons. Have your student zoom completely out. Proceed to drag and drop the correct answers into the boxes as normal.
2. The other option is for the student to simply click the correct answer. Then click the box where it should go.
