How to submit a screenshot or error to the ScootPad support team

Sign In to your ScootPad account and click the orange help button from the top right corner of your screen.

In the Help Center popout, click the Contact Us button and click the Submit a help request as shown below:

Click the camera icon as shown above to either take a screenshot of your current screen or attach an image file (of the screenshot you've taken earlier). Type your message and click Next to submit this request and the attached screenshot to the ScootPad support team.
